Security deposit: A 1,000 THB cash deposit is required at check-in and will be refunded at check-out.
Pet policy: 300 THB for dogs, 200 THB for cats per stay.Parking: 200 THB per night, Please reserve your parking spot in advance.
Long stays: For stays over 5 days, the electricity bill is not included in the room rate.
Smoking: All rooms are non-smoking. A designated smoking area is provided for your convenience.
